Refund Policy

At MT-LINK Pakistan, we are committed to providing quality networking products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved under the following circumstances:

The product received is defective due to a verified manufacturing fault.
The wrong product was delivered.
The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
The return request has been approved after product inspection.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, negligence, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice.
Products returned after the eligible return period.

Refund Approval Process

Once your returned product is received, our technical team will inspect it.

If the refund request is approved, you will be notified by email or phone.

MT-LINK Pakistan reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's designated bank account after verification.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the refund is due to:
- Incorrect product shipped by MT-LINK Pakistan.
- Verified manufacturing defect.
- Product damaged during shipping.
