Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Product weight and dimensions
• Delivery location
• Courier service selected

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Address

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once.

If the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

• An incorrect product
• An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and provide your Order Number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
