At MT-Link Pakistan, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read the following Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all over Pakistan only.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

🚚 Courier Partner

All orders are shipped through Leopard Courier for safe and fast delivery.

⏱ Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders placed before cut-off time are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after working hours are dispatched next business day.

📍 Delivery Time

Karachi: Same-day delivery available

Other Cities Nationwide: Estimated delivery time 2–4 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

💵 Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

✔ Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available nationwide.

✔ Prepaid (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash)

Prepaid customers receive a 5% discount on their order total.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are flat-rate based on weight.
Delivery fee does not depend on city or location.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

🔁 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

MT-Link Pakistan is fully responsible.

We will arrange replacement or resolution according to our warranty/return guidelines.

Customers must report damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with proof (images/video).

📦 Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided same day once your order is dispatched.
