Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

• The product received is damaged during shipping.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by MT-LINK Pakistan.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or electrical issues.
• Products with missing accessories, manuals, serial numbers, or original packaging.
  
• Products repaired or modified by unauthorized persons.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support and provide:

• Product Name
• Reason for Return
• Photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Product Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

MT-LINK Pakistan reserves the right to reject any return if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Return Shipping

• If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or shipping damage), MT-LINK Pakistan will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
