Refund policy

At MT-Link Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7 Days Refund Policy and a 7 Days Exchange Policy under the conditions outlined below.


1) Wrong Product Received

If a customer receives an incorrect product:

  • MT-Link Pakistan will provide a Leopard Courier return label.

  • The customer must drop the parcel at the nearest Leopard office.

  • Once the returned product is received, we will re-dispatch the correct product within 1 working day, or issue a refund as preferred by the customer.

  • The product must be unused and the packaging must be undamaged.

  • The product must be in its original sealed packaging.

  • A full unboxing video is mandatory for all returns or refunds.

  • All supporting items must be included: product accessories, user manuals, small booklets, warranty card, labels, and purchase receipt.


2) Damaged Product Received

If a customer receives a damaged networking product:

  • A full unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Customers must record a continuous video while unwrapping and unboxing, showing the outer packaging and the product clearly.

  • This video will serve as primary proof for approving the claim.

  • Without a proper unboxing video, no refund or exchange will be processed, under any circumstances.


3) Product Not Understood / Not Needed by Customer

If a customer wants to return the product because:

  • The product is not understood,

  • The customer ordered the wrong item, or

  • The customer no longer needs it,

Then:

  • The return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and undamaged.

  • A full unboxing video is mandatory for all such returns.

  • All accessories, manuals, booklets, labels, and the purchase receipt must be included.


Important Notes

  • Refunds and exchanges are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Claims are only accepted if the product, packaging, and all included accessories/manuals/booklets are returned in complete and acceptable condition.

  • Without proper unboxing video proof, no refund or exchange will be accepted, under any circumstances.

  • Policy terms are subject to change without prior notice.
