Warranty Policy

At MT-LINK Pakistan, we are committed to delivering high-quality networking products and reliable after-sales support. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage, claim process, and conditions applicable to products purchased from MT-LINK Pakistan.

Warranty Coverage

1. Replacement Warranty (First 30 Days)

If your product develops a verified manufacturing defect within 30 days from the date of purchase, MT-LINK Pakistan will provide a replacement unit of the same model or an equivalent product, subject to product inspection and stock availability.

2. Standard Warranty (12-Month Repair Warranty)

After the initial 30-day replacement period, the product remains covered under a 12-month repair warranty from the original purchase date.

During this period:

Products with verified manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge.
If repair is not possible, MT-LINK Pakistan may provide a replacement with the same model or an equivalent product offering similar or better functionality.
Any replacement product will not continue under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase and will not receive a new warranty period.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty applies only to products purchased from MT-LINK Pakistan or its authorized dealers.
Warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original purchase invoice or receipt showing:
- Purchase Date
- Product Model
- Place of Purchase
Warranty claims may be rejected if the invoice is missing, altered, incomplete, or illegible.
MT-LINK Pakistan may use new or functionally equivalent replacement units or parts during the repair or replacement process.
Any defective parts or replaced products become the property of MT-LINK Pakistan.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Hardware failures under normal operating conditions
Functional defects confirmed by our technical team
Defects covered under the manufacturer's warranty terms

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken parts
Burnt or electrically damaged devices
Water or liquid damage
Damage caused by lightning or power surges
Improper installation or configuration
Misuse, negligence, abuse, or accidents
Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering
Missing, altered, or damaged serial numbers or warranty labels
Normal wear and tear
Natural disasters or other events beyond our control
Missing original accessories, packaging, manuals, or warranty cards (where applicable)

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please provide:

Order Number or Original Invoice
Product Model
Serial Number (if applicable)
Description of the issue
Photos or videos (if requested)

Customers must send or deliver the product to the designated MT-LINK Pakistan Warranty Centre according to the instructions provided by our support team.

Inspection & Processing

Every warranty claim is inspected by our technical team.
Warranty service generally takes 5–10 working days, depending on the nature of the issue and parts availability.
Once the inspection is completed, the repaired or replacement product will be returned to the customer.

Packaging & Accessories

To ensure smooth warranty processing, customers are advised to retain:

Original product packaging
All original accessories
Warranty card (if provided)
Original purchase invoice

Failure to provide these items may delay or affect warranty processing.

Limitation of Liability

The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only.

MT-LINK Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or any other financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Policy Updates

MT-LINK Pakistan reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
